The Houston area Saltgrass Chapter typically meets the 3rd Saturday of the month. Visitors and guests are encouraged to cook with us in their dutch ovens. If you don’t know how but are interested in learning, please come out and observe and learn. Pots on the table at 4:00 PM.

Requesting volunteers to assist at a Dutch Oven Demo at a historical-type event. They hope to have the park available Thursday and Friday of this weekend, and Saturday and Sunday open to the public.Camping will be free to demonstrators, and ingredient costs will be reimbursed.
