SUMMARY:LSDOS Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The LSDOS Board meeting is an annual meeting that has historica
 lly been held at Salmon Lake Park.  It is going to be at the park in the 
 Town Hall building on Saturday at 1PM and generally last an hour or a litt
 le more.  Some will just come for the meeting\; others will come for the 
 weekend.  For those who come for the weekend\, we'll have a potluck dinne
 r on Friday at 6PM\, potluck breakfast Saturday and Sunday at 9AM and a po
 tluck dinner Saturday evening at 6PM.  The LSDOS Board includes all of th
 e chapter advisors as well as the Board members.  Any member can attend t
 he meeting\, but only the Board can vote.  It is an event not unlike the 
 other statewide LSDOS events which are dutch oven gatherings that may be i
 nterrupted by a meeting.  After all\, LSDOS is all about food\, fun\, and
  fellowship and not so much about business meetings. Whether on the Board 
 or not\, all members are welcome to attend.  Please join us if you would 
 like to cook and eat with us.  Some will arrive on Friday\, maybe even Th
 ursday and stay until after breakfast on Sunday but\, come when you can an
 d leave when you must.
