The 2023 LSDOS Membership Meeting will be held at Lake Buchanan RV & Cabin Resort (Formerly Big Chief RV Park) on Saturday September 23. We have reserved the clubhouse for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday September 22 through 24.
The group rate is $40 per night per campsite with full hookups: 20/30/50 Amp electric, water, sewer, picnic table, restrooms & showers, laundry, and trash pickup. Site numbers 37-44 and 57-63 have been set aside for LSDOS members for Friday night September 22 and Saturday night September 23. See https://bigchiefrvresort.com/resort/#map.
Call 512-793-4746 to reserve your campsite. Tell them you are with the LSDOS Rally and they will reserve your site at the group rate of $40/night; a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the site; the full amount will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival date.
REFUND POLICY: All reservations made outside of 14 days from the stay require a 20% deposit that is non-refundable for any reason; the balance remaining will be automatically charged up to 14 days prior to your stay. All reservations made within 14 days of the stay will be charged 100% and will be non-refundable for any reason. ANY CANCELLATION LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.
DAY GUESTS: All guests who are visiting someone staying in the resort must register in the office and pay for a guest/parking pass of $5 per person (age 6 and older) for full access to the resort facilities.
The deadline for reserving a campsite for this event is August 1. After August 1, any remaining sites that have been set aside for our event will be freed up and available to be reserved by others.
They also have 10 cabins, but due to the depth of utilities at the campground, driving stakes/tent camping is not permitted.
